Lisa’s career began in the structured world of banking, where she dedicated over 26 years. In this environment, But she yearned for something more—something that sparked a sense of personal fulfillment and excitement. Embracing her entrepreneurial spirit, Lisa ventured into new territory by starting a side business as a health coach.Initially, Lisa found herself navigating the unfamiliar waters of sales and marketing without a guide. Lisa's transformation began when she fell in love with social media & online marketing. She was captivated by the dynamic nature of digital platforms. However, she soon discovered that social media was merely the opening act, not the full play. It was great for creating buzz, but not enough for converting that buzz into solid customer engagements.
Seeking the missing piece of the puzzle, Lisa embarked on a journey in 2023 to master the art of sales funnels. She trained under the guidance of ClickFunnels, led by Russell Brunson and his team, where she became a certified funnel builder.

For 26 years, I worked as an employee at a large Austrian bank, 15 of which were spent in various executive assistant roles. I never really wanted to work at a bank, but I somehow ended up there and couldn't leave. There were many good years and exciting departments, but I always knew this wasn't what I wanted to do. In my mid-30s, I was diagnosed with depression, and that was when I started to reconsider many things.
In my mid-30s, I started training in the health sector and began working part-time as a health coach. During this period, I also started teaching, developing workshops, and giving a large number of lectures in the health sector.
But I soon realized that I had essentially traded one "time for money" model for another. As well I started this self-employment venture very naively without giving it enough thought or skills for selling & marketing or saw the importance.
Things needed to change to finally progress forward.
Over time I had several trainers and coaches which leaned me a lot.
For example: that you have to put in 60% of your time in your marketing and only 30% in my service (10% accounting). Or that I had to change my mindset about selling and that it actually could be fun as soon as you understand the framework and rules and learn some skills.
I understood as well over time that I needed a system to automate my sales process and make my life easier. I invested a lot of money in a lot of training and everything helped me on the way and one step further on my success ladder.
Over the following couple of years I tried a lot! I mean A LOT! I started to dig into Social Media Management and did even a internship in a social media agency and became the personal assistant to an sales trainer.
Understanding a framework and actually implementing can be still two different things. You have to try it out and adapt it so that I works for you.
I followed a lot of male mentors and I really looked up to them for a long time. But then came a time where I realized: it’s time for a change in the way we sell today.
Moving to Dubai has definitely changed me as well.
Nothing is impossible and to see so many ambitious women who want to make their way as well here and start their own journey.
After getting a sales champion award back in 2019 and now becoming a funnel builder with ClickFunnels 2.0 showed me what is possible and where the direction is going.
But things have to change that more women become at least as successful as men and prove their way in the world. I want to be part of this progress and help women to better sell themselves and their services.
